Welcome to Trippedelic Tattoo LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, booking an appointment, or receiving tattoo services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Trippedelic Tattoo LLC provides:

  • Custom tattoo design services

  • Professional tattoo application

  • Tattoo consultations

  • Cover-up tattoo services

  • Aftercare guidance

  • Limited promotional communications (if opted in)

All tattoos are custom-designed. We do not replicate other artists’ work.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must meet the legal tattoo age of 18+ unless parental consent is provided.

Valid government-issued identification is required at the time of your appointment.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Is under legal age

  • Appears intoxicated or under the influence

  • Has medical conditions that may make tattooing unsafe

  • Fails to follow studio policies

3. Booking & Deposits

A. Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits apply toward the final cost of the tattoo.

  • Deposits compensate for design time and appointment reservation.

B. Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with sufficient notice (recommended minimum: 48 hours).

  • Failure to provide proper notice may result in deposit forfeiture.

C. No-Shows

  • No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit.

  • Multiple no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Tattoo pricing varies based on size, complexity, placement, and session length.

  • Quotes are estimates and may adjust if the design changes.

  • Final pricing is confirmed during consultation or appointment.

  • Payment is due at the end of each session.

  • Accepted payment methods: [Insert Payment Types].

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

5. Custom Artwork Policy

All designs created by Trippedelic Tattoo LLC are original, custom artwork.

  • Designs are not released prior to appointments.

  • Minor revisions may be made at the appointment.

  • Significant redesign requests may require rescheduling.

  • Artwork remains the intellectual property of Trippedelic Tattoo LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs without permission.

We do not copy other artists’ tattoos.

6. Health & Safety Disclosure

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions.

  • You understand tattooing carries inherent risks including infection, allergic reaction, and skin irritation.

  • You will follow all aftercare instructions provided.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions voids any touch-up considerations.

7. Touch-Up Policy

Touch-ups are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Touch-ups may be declined if:

  • Aftercare instructions were not followed

  • The tattoo was exposed to sun damage

  • The tattoo was altered by another artist

  • Excessive time has passed since the original appointment

8. Cover-Up Work

Cover-up tattoos require consultation and design approval.

Results depend on:

  • Existing tattoo size and density

  • Skin condition

  • Placement

Complete concealment cannot always be guaranteed.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Submit false information

  • Attempt to access restricted areas

  • Copy content or artwork without permission

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

All website content, branding, logos, and artwork are owned by Trippedelic Tattoo LLC.

10. SMS & Communications

By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive:

  • Appointment confirmations

  • Appointment reminders

  • Booking updates

  • Aftercare instructions

  • Promotional messages (if consented)

Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not responsible for messages.

You may opt out anytime by replying STOP.
Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

11. Refund Policy

Tattoo services are non-refundable once rendered.

Deposits and Payments are non-refundable.

If a session must be canceled by the artist due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trippedelic Tattoo LLC is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Healing complications

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective artistic interpretation

  • Loss of income due to appointment scheduling

  • Indirect or incidental damages

Tattoo results vary based on individual skin type and aftercare adherence.

13. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Offensive or discriminatory tattoo requests

  • Inappropriate behavior

  • Harassment

  • Policy violations

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Trippedelic Tattoo LLC operates.
